This Reframing Stress Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is aimed at people who want to feel think differently about the stress that they’re experiencing. Stress can come from many different aspects of your day to day life – such as an increased workload, an argument you have had with a partner, friend or family, existing financial worries or just day to day worries. During these situations you may feel threatened or upset so that your body creates a stress response. This in turn can cause a variety of physical symptoms and change the way you behave, think and act.
In this session we will help you to take control back and to release any feelings of stress so you are ready to embrace each day with a fresh, positive mind. We will help you to feel calm and relaxed, recognising that stress no longer serves you.
We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind to create new neural pathways to help you manage your stress levels.
